To submit a paper, please visit the Softconf/START submission link.

We use START Conference Manager to manage submissions. When submitting a paper from the START page, authors will be asked to provide essential information about resources (in a broad sense, i.e. also technologies, standards, evaluation kits, etc.) that have been used for the work described in the paper or are a new result of your research. Moreover, ELRA encourages all LREC authors to share the described LRs (data, tools, services, etc.) to enable their reuse and replicability of experiments (including evaluation ones).

We invite submissions for the following tracks:

Archival track: Long papers (max 8 pages) and short papers (max 4 pages), excluding acknowledgements (which should appear only in the camera-ready version), potential ethics statements, and discussion of limitations. Any number of pages is allowed for references. Camera-ready versions are given 1 extra page to incorporate comments from the reviewers. Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings. Papers in this track will go through double-blind peer-reviewing. Papers should be anonymised. At the initial submission phase, appendices and supplementary material are not permitted, in accordance with the LREC 2026 submission guidelines. Papers must be self-contained and reviewable on their own. Appendices and supplementary materials will be allowed in the final, camera-ready version of the paper.

Non-archival track: Long papers (max 8 pages) and short papers (max 4 pages), excluding acknowledgements, potential ethics statements, and discussion of limitations. Any number of pages is allowed for references. Papers in this track will be reviewed by the program committee for relevance to the workshop. Accepted submissions in this track will not be published in the proceedings, but will be published on the workshop website. We also invite extended abstracts (maximum 2 pages) that describe work in progress, negative results, or opinion pieces. Papers do not need to be anonymised. These papers could have been published elsewhere.

All submissions in both tracks must follow the LREC 2026 template. Templates are available at https://lrec2026.info/authors-kit/.

In addition, papers of any length related to our theme and already published elsewhere will be considered for acceptance for presentation.
