Registration for RESOURCEFUL-2026
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the workshop, either on-site or online participation. Otherwise, the paper will not appear in the workshop proceedings (if your paper is archival). Registration is available at: https://lrec2026.info/online-registration/. -
We ask all authors to upload their materials in order to ensure smooth organisation of the workshop (the link will be distributed via email soon). Depending on the type of your presentation, here is what we are asking you for:
- For oral in-person presentations:
- Upload slides of your talk.
- For poster in-person presentations:
- Upload the digital version of your poster.
- For oral online presentations:
- Upload slides of your talk.
- For poster online presentations [OPTIONAL]:
LREC does not provide virtual poster sessions, and there will be no dedicated online poster presentation. Therefore, the following items are optional but recommended:- Submit a 3–5 minute recorded video in which you describe your work. You are welcome to submit a digital version of your poster as well, if available.
- The videos (and posters, if available) must be uploaded via the link that will be provided soon.
- We will print QR codes and place them next to the list of virtual posters at the conference venue. Workshop participants can then scan and view the materials.
- Lightning talks:
- Each poster presenter may give a short talk (max. 2 minutes).
- A dedicated slot for lightning talks is included in the workshop programme.
- Both on-site and online poster presenters are welcome. However, this option is particularly intended for those unable to attend in person.
- The presentation order follows the sequence of posters listed in the Programme tab.
- You may also upload a video of your lightning talk via the provided link. If you are unable to give the lightning talk, we will play the video on your behalf.
- For oral in-person presentations:
What type of presentation do you have?
If you are presenting an oral talk (either online or in-person)
- Each talk can take up to 20 minutes of which at least 5 minutes are reserved for Q&A.
- There will be a presentation computer linked to a room projector and Zoom.
- This computer will have access to a shared folder with slides for all talks, provided that these slides were uploaded before.
- Please let us know in advance if you have any extra presentation requirements, e.g. playing videos or sound.
